Steve began his ministry at First Christian in 1998. He comes to us from a successful ministry in Joplin, Missouri where he also graduated from Ozark Christian College. He grew up in Mesa, Arizona and graduated from Dobson High School. He met and married his wife, Angela while he was at Ozark Christian College and they have two sons, Tyler and Erik. |

Chip has worked with the youth at First Christian on a volunteer basis since 1997. In addition, since 1990, he has worked extensively with the Cub / Boy Scouts of America also in a volunteer capacity. A true renaissance man Chip is not only an accomplished youth leader but also a certified air conditioning technician and a Microsoft office master (expert in all Microsoft office products). Chip's talents, dedication, and unparallel drive will help us prepare our youth for service in God's Kingdom. |

| Randy Schuster - Worship Leader |

Randy has been attending FCCT for 20 years durring that time he has been a part of the worship team on various occasions ranging from playing the keyboard to singing in the choir to vocal team leading. During his one-year hiatus in Alaska, he discovered his passion for worship music after joining the worship team on the piano at his local church. His responsibilities at FCCT include the worship arts ministries (music, drama and technical). |

| Levi Torrison - Administrative Assistant / Office Manager |

Levi was born in Albuquerque , New Mexico and moved to Kansas to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. He moved to the valley in 1999 to attend graduate school at Arizona State University. He graduated with a PhD in Chemistry in December of 2003 after writing his dissertation on silicon nanostructures and dielectric materials. He currently holds a patent on the synthetic method of producing disiloxane in industrial scale quantities utilizing the reducing agent Lithium Gallane and the common silane hexachlorodisiloxane. He has eight publications and has presented his research to the American Chemical Society on two different occasions. |
